The Worldwide Logo Design Competition

Good news from Rio de Janeiro — second place in logo competition.

The World Urban Campaign is the organization working on urbanization problems. The worldwide logo design competition took place few weeks ago. The results were made public last week. My logo won the second place.
The logotype symbolizes complex structure of the city. Different parts of this structure are integrated by the common center. Many cities have this ring shape. On the other hand the logo reminds of the main UN logo. We can see the reference to globe and continents.
